Please note that Frankfort, MI is not as well connected as many of the locations that you are traveling from. Ride share apps are unreliable ways to get around here, and it is about 1 hour from the airport. That means that you will need to make arrangements for transport to and from the airport as well as our wedding events. We will provide a shuttle on Saturday between the reception venue and Frankfort for all attendees. If you plan to drink at any of our events, please plan ahead about getting to and from them with this in mind!
Also our ceremony & reception venue is a smoke free environment! Because of the natural beauty and function of the Cherry Orchard, the owners have asked to please be mindful of the fruit trees by not smoking on the property, including vaping. We apologize if this is an inconvenience. Michigan has many THC dispensaries that offer edibles if that’s your thing.

We ask that you please plan ahead and be considerate of being on time. The bathrooms are by the parking area, a bit inconvenient to reach during the ceremony, so we suggest using the restroom upon arrival and making your way down to the ceremony afterwards!
It’s also our desire for our ceremony to feel intimate and focused on creating present moments. Because of this, we kindly ask that you put your phone on silent and not use your device to take pictures or videos. Our wonderful photographer will capture these moments. We promise that you are free to snap photos to your hearts content at the rest of our weekend events, including the After Party, Sip & Dip & Reception!
Directly after ceremony, if you are extended family, we invite you to stick around for photographs. Afterwards, we have rented out a space at Stormcloud Brewery Taproom as an optional gathering place where you can purchase food and drink. The wedding party will be meeting up with everyone later in the evening.

We will be meeting up with everyone there later but if you would rather go home and get some rest, we cannot wait to celebrate with you officially on Saturday at the reception.
